How much do you charge for shipping within Singapore?


We use SMARTPAC from Singapore no1 logistic provider, Singapore Post. The shipping cost is computed according to shipping weight




How long does it takes to receive my items within Singapore?


You can expect to receive your order within 2 business days.




I live overseas and would like to place an online order. How much is the shipping cost and how long does it takes before I receive my items?


For shipping to other countries, the shipping cost is based on the weight of the order. We use Singapore post for all international orders and delivery will vary between 10-15 working days. We provide a subsidise shipping rate in order to be cost competitive. For international order, please email to business@enydroskincare.com.




Do you test your products on animals?


No, we do not test our products on animals. Our products are pure and natural hence it is safe.




Do you list all your ingredients on the packaging?


ABSOLUTELY YES! At Enydro, we take things very seriously and strongly believe it is necessary to be transparent. What we do comply with the Health Science Agency (HSA) requirements for Health Products (Cosmetic Products - Asean Cosmetic Directive)




How do I store my products


The products should be stored below 30 degrees celsius and away from sunlight




Do your products have an expiry date?


All our product will last up to 36 months. The product expiry date will be stated on each individual packaging




Can children use your products?


YES! All of our products are pure and natural hence they are suitable for children. We suggest you conduct a patch test to check for allergies to any natural ingredients.




I have extremely sensitive skin, can I use your product?


Our products are specially formulated by Dermatologist for users with dry, sensitive skin. Our products are free from irritants, colouring and fragrances. However, everyone is different and a small group may be allergy to natural ingredients.




Can your products be used for users with Eczema and Psoriasis?


Our products are specially formulated by Dermatologist for users with dry, sensitive skin. Our products are free from irritants, colouring and fragrances. Users can also visit the listed clinics to get an assessment of your skin condition.




Can I walk in to the clinics and purchase your products?


No. The clinics listed do not sell products to walk in customers. You need to get a doctor's assessment before you can purchase the products. Users can purchase directly from our e-store.




What should I do if my shipment went missing?


We use Singpost SMARTPAC and each shipment has a tracking number. Please track your item via Singpost website and contact them if your parcel is missing. They will handle your queries if your parcel is missing.
